A CNC machine earns its price the day your part stops depending on who is standing at the handle. The same program produces the same part on the first piece and the four-hundredth, which is what makes it possible to quote a repeat order with confidence.

How to choose
Start with the part, not the machine
The largest part you actually make every week sets the working envelope. Buying for the rare oversized job means paying for travel you use twice a year, and usually giving up rigidity to get it.
Milling or turning is the first fork
Round parts made from bar stock belong on a lathe; prismatic parts with faces and pockets belong on a machining centre. Shops that need both are usually better served by two right-sized machines than one compromise.
Rigidity decides finish and tool life
Two machines with the same travels can behave completely differently under load. Mass, way construction and spindle mounting are what you feel in surface finish and in how often you replace inserts.
Count the whole installation
Foundation, three-phase supply, compressed air, coolant handling and swarf removal are part of the purchase. We survey the floor before quoting so none of it arrives as a surprise.
Questions we are asked
Do you install and commission the machine?
Yes. Delivery, levelling, power and air connection, first cut and handover are part of the supply, and operator training runs on your own parts rather than a demo block.
What happens when it breaks down?
Service and spare parts are handled by the same company that sold you the machine. That is the whole reason to buy locally rather than direct — a machine down for six weeks waiting on a part costs more than it saved.
Can you supply tooling and workholding too?
Yes — cutting tools, holders, vices, chucks and consumables are stocked, so the machine does not sit idle waiting on an insert.
