Heavy-Duty CNC Turning for Large Flanges, Wheels & Rotational Parts
High Precision Horizontal Facing & Flange Turning CNC Lathe Machine
A heavy-duty horizontal CNC lathe for facing, turning, boring, threading and profile machining of large-diameter rotational components. Suitable applications include flanges, bearings, shafts, tire molds, railway parts, wheel hubs, turbine-related components and other large industrial workpieces.
This horizontal CNC lathe range is designed for rough and finish machining of large rotational workpieces where rigidity, controlled spindle speed and stable axis movement are required. Typical operations include external and internal turning, facing, boring, threading, conical surfaces and curved or profiled surfaces. The machine structure uses heavy cast components intended for demanding cutting conditions. The supplied configuration describes high-strength HT250 castings, with large castings subjected to stress-relief processes to support dimensional stability during machining. The main spindle drive uses frequency-controlled speed regulation, allowing spindle speed to be adjusted according to workpiece diameter, material and cutting conditions. High-precision spindle bearing arrangements support rigidity and rotational accuracy. This page represents a machine size range rather than one fixed model. Final spindle speed, motor power, chuck size, axis travel and overall dimensions must be confirmed according to the selected machine size and customer workpiece.
