Who controls your data

Data we collect

We may collect your name, company, job title, telephone number, email, city, request details and attached files. We may also record your IP address, browser and device type, visited pages, referral source, request time and cookie identifiers according to your choices.

How we use your data

We use your data to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, communicate about requests, provide service and support, protect the website from abuse, meet legal obligations, and measure website or advertising performance where the required consent has been obtained. Processing may rely on your consent, on steps taken to enter into or perform a contract, on a legal obligation, or on a legitimate interest that does not override your rights.

Sharing and international transfers

We do not sell or rent your data. We may share it, only as far as necessary, with authorised employees and with our hosting, email, CRM, analytics, advertising and technical-support providers, or with the competent authorities where the law requires it. Website hosting and email are provided by Hostinger, whose servers are located in the European Union, under the safeguards that apply to such transfers. Where any further provider is engaged, this section will be updated to name it.

How long we keep it

We keep sales enquiries for 24 months after the enquiry is closed, machine and service records for 10 years so that spare parts and maintenance can still be supported, and technical logs for 12 months. Some data may be kept longer where the law requires it or to establish or defend a legal claim.

Cookies and measurement

The website uses only the essential cookies needed for it to work; no analytics or advertising tags are installed at present. If Google Analytics or Google Ads are added later to measure visits and conversions, they may process cookie identifiers together with device and visit information, and a consent banner will be shown first so you can accept, reject or change those choices.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, object to its processing, or withdraw your consent, allowing for legal exceptions and obligations. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, while recognising that no electronic system is completely secure. We may update this policy, and the revised version and its effective date will be published on this page.
