The Automatic Hoop Forming Machine integrates coil feeding, strip straightening, punching, bending and cutting into one continuous production process. Metal strip is fed directly from the coil and passes through the required forming stations until the finished hoop, band or clamp component is produced, reducing the need to transfer workpieces between separate machines. The forming stations can be configured for a specified hoop size, allowing the required diameter and hole positions to be repeated throughout the production run. The machine can be configured for different products including pipe support clamps, utility pole bands, solar mounting hoops, telecom cable clamps, barrel hoops and other formed strip components. Product-based customization can be defined according to a drawing or physical sample, including the required hoop geometry, strip dimensions and forming configuration

Repeatable Forming
