SAKKARY MACHINERY Targets Over EGP 1 Billion in Turnover by 2030

SAKKARY MACHINERY has announced its 2030 growth strategy, targeting annual turnover exceeding EGP 1 billion and planned investments of EGP 250 million to strengthen its industrial solutions, technical services, and long-term support capabilities.

The strategy includes developing an integrated industrial and technology center, expanding installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, technical training, and spare-parts availability, as well as accelerating the company’s digital transformation.

SAKKARY MACHINERY plans to begin preparatory work for local machinery assembly in 2027, followed by pilot assembly and production of selected machines and components from 2028. The company targets an initial local content ratio of 25–30%, with the aim of reaching 40–50% in selected products by 2030.

The strategy also includes the Factory Decision 2030 initiative, which aims to support 100 existing and new factories in making more efficient machinery investment decisions. Each project is assessed according to the product, materials, dimensions, required accuracy, production capacity, operating hours, energy consumption, waste, maintenance, downtime, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and expected Return on Investment (ROI).

SAKKARY MACHINERY is also studying expansion opportunities across selected Arab and African markets, including Libya, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Kenya, Tanzania, Ghana, and Nigeria. The company aims to deliver integrated solutions covering machinery selection, supply, installation, commissioning, training, maintenance, spare parts, and lifecycle technical support.
